Orders placed at the PILAVO store are packed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours of placing the order (on business days). Once the package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive information about the shipment of your order.

We offer free shipping for all orders over PLN 99.
For orders below this amount, the delivery cost will be calculated according to the chosen shipping method and will be visible during the checkout process.
